Our AHSA Dietitians can provide individualized, expert nutrition advice to help with a range of health conditions. Their role is to use the art and science of human nutrition to assist you understand the connection between food and health. They realize that lifestyle factors like time restraints, cooking ability, work and family commitments may affect your dietary choices, in order that they make sure that their advice is realistic and most significantly sustainable.
Some of the health conditions our Dietitians can assist with include weight management (for over or underweight), diabetes, high cholesterol, high pressure level, osteoporosis, constipation, IBS, food allergies and/or intolerances, renal disease, pediatric nutrition and nutrition in aged care.
All of our Dietitians are accredited by the Dietitian’s Association of Australia, and participate in continued professional development to make sure their advice is evidenced based and up up to now.
